We spent Memorial Day up north at my parents cabin on Loon Lake. We arrived Friday night, and the boys went right out to fish. Blake caught his first fish completely on his own! The kids spent the weekend swimming and playing on the beach. On Sunday we celebrated Owen's 7th birthday. He opened gifts and we went to Natakah for lunch. Monday the guys worked on the dock (ice had shifted it over the winter) and I took the boys, my mom, Kas and the dogs on the longest boat ride ever. We circled the lake at least 7 times on the pontoon waiting for the guys to finish with the dock.
