Owen is playing Saturday morning basketball this year. Yesterday was his third game. So far this season they are 2 -1. He is so much fun to watch. He scored his first ever basket during the first game and ran the entire length of the middle school basketball court doing the Michael Geiger victory windmill. Unfortunately I did not catch it on video! Owen scored two baskets during his second game and yesterday during his third game he scored 5 baskets! His excitement and enthusiasm has earned him many laughs from the sidelines. Erik is helping coach, which is always entertaining to watch as well. We are looking forward to the remainder of the season and watching The Defenders continue to improve!
