We went up north after Owen's game Thursday night. We had several close encounters with deer on 4 mile. Both boys were thrilled to see so many deer so close. I was less than thrilled. We spent Friday and Saturday finishing up the retaining wall. The boys are eagerly awaiting the sand to play in. Blake decided he was no longer going to be afraid to jump into the lake off the end of the dock. He spent both days jumping in and yelling "cannonball" as loud as possible. We enjoyed some time floating in the lake, playing on the point, and trying to teach Oakley to swim.
