Big Bass Lake & Loon Lake

7/24-7/26

We enjoyed this last weekend up north at our cabin.  Greg, Heather, Blaine, and Shea where spending the week at Big Bass Lake again this year.  It was great to see them all again.  Erik got to spend the day with his high school friends Greg, Nick and Andy.  Zach, Kas,t he boys and I went over to hang out for a bit at BBL. Owen went down the big slide and jumped off the top of the pontoon platform this year!  Erik jumped off the third level of the platform and Zach and Kas both jumped off the second level.  I remained with my feet on the ground and acted as the photographer/videographer.  We spent Sunday enjoying the HOT weather.  We played bags, took Owen and Erik for a tubing trip around the lake, and floated in Loon Lake.  We were all very sad to be heading home Sunday night.

Owen getting ready to jump off the pontoon.  He begged me to do this for hours.  When I turned my back he asked Nick who said yes if Zach went out with him.  I was informed of all of this as he was climbing up to jump!  He is turning into quite the daredevil.
