4th of July & Loon Lake

7/3- 7/9

We spent a week at Loon Lake.  We spent time with my parents and grandparents floating in the lake, watching fireworks & the Loon Lake pontoon parade.  We took the boys to two different playgrounds, one in Scottsville and the other just past our lake at a church.  On Tuesday we went into Ludington to Sandcastles, a children's museum.  The boys had a great time, until Blake fell and in my attempts to catch him I stabbed him in the eye. :(  After he finished screaming he fell asleep and we took Owen to the beach to play in the sand.  When Blake woke up he was still screaming and rubbing his eye.  After an hour visit at Ludington's ER we found out that I gave Blake a corneal abrasion.  I guess next time letting him fall would be safer and probably cheaper!  Owen played with a few kids from a neighboring cabin and Blake was his normal wild man self.

He was "freezing!"

We anchored on the point and floated around.  The boys loved it when the speed boats left us huge waves
